Ski Test: 2013 Award-Winning Wagner Custom 100

Pete Wagner from Wagner Custom Skis loaned us the skis that recently won the 2013 Ski/Skiing Magazine "Indie" Testers Choice award for all-mountain terrain.  While Wagner custom skis are expensive (starting at around $1,750 usd base price plus options), they have a reputation for superb quality and a fanatical following by skiers around the World.

We found this pair to be really, really impressive as a "do-it-all", one-ski quiver.  While most "all-mountain" skis often do a pretty-good-to-mediocre job of handling different snow and terrain conditions, these Wagners had an impressively high level of performance across a wide range of situations....higher than any other ski in recent memory.  This particular design just might be our new standard for what an all-mountain ski should be.  While being expensive, it seems like these Wagners prove, that sometimes, you really do get what you pay for.  Read the ExoticSkis.com test of the Wagner Custom 100 here.
